BTW....my ATi Catalyst Control Panel Problems are resolved...no thanks to ATi
Problem turned out to be McAfee Internet Security 7.0 - specifically the Privacy component buggering up .NET applications that run as a .NET service. ATi Tech Support should have known this since they write/extend the Event Logs on WindowsXP and dumped all the error messages there.
Message for ATi: My bill is in the mail...you tards

What..no comments on the article from the nVidia crowd? I guess it ALL must be true eh....ATi Rulez!!!
