Apple Goes Core 2 Duo

Apple has just announced that it is putting Intel Core 2 Duo processors in its iMac line giving the little machines that could a 50% performance boost.

I was in a Mac store the other day at the mall and one of the reps told me something interesting. She said by the end of this year a Mac will be able to run any windows software. Its some thing there Beta testing now. I said to her isn't there something out there that does that already. Her answer was funny>>>> she said this new one will actually work..LOL

I no nothing about Macs so I have no idea how true any of this really is.

I've heard about the Mac/Windows courtship also. Seems like it was on one of cables science or tech channels.
