Gateway restore CDs

It's not for me, honest.

I'm in need of a copy of the restore CD for an E1600-SE for a friend of mine.

I can get the individual drivers I need off the Gateway support site if I have to but the CD or a copy/image of it would be better for my friend.

Hope someone can help us out.

Grab the serial number off the computer and order a System Restore CD from Gateway.
That will save you a ton of grief.
I would spend the 5 bucks for the cd before I mess with another POS Gateway.

I have the serial number. I've got that page among a couple others bookmarked. Where did you find that you could get the CD? I thought I looked the site over pretty good and didn't see where to order CDs for older machines.
