I need a processor

Anyone out there have an Athlon XP 3000+ or 3200+ 400mhz fsb processor left over from an upgrade or rebuild?
I'd go through one of the online stores but after reading the reviews about what speed or bus actually gets shipped is scary. Even from the popular stores. I'd like to get one that's tried and true from someone I know. Retail package would be even better.
